LOCATION

Oasis Yoga is located in the center of Klong Dao Beach, on the 7-11 road. Our yoga studio and bungalows are just behind Golden Bay Cottage.

Mat Space

We always accept drop ins so feel free to just turn up as you like. It's best to come 10-15 mins early so that you can prepare your mat and settle in. We have moved to a new location with a larger practice space. This season we will operate as "first to come, first to yoga". Studio opens 30 min. before class. We will continue to add more classes as the season gets busier so the schedule will change as we go. It's best to check the schedule for updates. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding yoga practice please let us know!

retreats

Several times a year we hold specialized yoga retreats, workshops or trainings. However, most of the year we operate as a studio. Yoga "retreats" are very popular in Thailand, but we like to do things a little different at Oasis Yoga. We offer multiple classes a day and encourage you to build your own retreat. Setting your free time, meals, and accommodation to suit your individual needs and desires. If you are interested in yoga being the focus of your trip to Koh Lanta, let us know and we can help you plan a retreat or detox that suits you.

private lessons

Whether it's learning to modify for specific injuries, detailed focus on alignment, building a personalized practice or workout plan, pre-natal yoga, or developing a family practice; a private lesson can be tailored to suit your needs. We offer private or group lessons either at the studio or at your hotel (if space permits).Private one hour sessions at 2,000B. Group pricing available.
